The hotel's location is unbeatable within Bukit Bintang area, right opposite Pavilion and Fahrenheit 88, with excellent room views to the pool. Service was prompt and attentive especially at the JW Executive Lounge with Denniell. The dining experience at Shook offers a 5-star standard, but some food options ran out quickly due to high occupancy. The facilities are comprehensive and enjoyable, making most things just a walk away.
Upon arrival, I found some cleanliness issues in the room like hairs on the bed and poorly vacuumed floors, yet the room itself was spacious with a comfy bed and a wonderful bathroom featuring both handheld and rain showerheads. The TV positioning made viewing awkward, feeling like being seated on the outskirts of a cinema. Overall, the setup was fine and fairly well-appointed.

While the service was top-notch, with the concierge truly shining during my stay, there could be some improvement in staff knowledge about the city. The location was superb, right next to the Pavillion Mall, offering easy access to shopping and public transport. The dining experience was out of this world with a varied and delicious menu, though it did get a bit busy at times. The facilities were up to standard, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
